Pretty timely tweet from PG with the provincial government announcement of 380M for schools to upgrade HVAC snd ventilation in all schools.  1 BioCloud per school at 10K CAD, 4700 schools would be only 47M of the 380M.

I believe Paul's tweet was just part of the effort to get the government to recognize the importance of this tech and its application in schools. I do not believe there is a deal with the government in the works at this point. I believe once the money is released and RFP's are put out, KNR's HVAC/Building technologies including the Biocloud will bode well in the competitive bidding

I agree. Unless certain school boards are already acting independently in this regard, this funding will take time to make itbto companies. I think KNR would build the BioCloud into an "HVAC improvement package" and I don't think only 1 BioCloud per school would be sufficiently effective for the cost. We shall see. Big market out there that we are not dependent on just schools. Hope

thats a huge issue, The HVAC systems, SD's have are strong and come in long term contracts, they cannot be disturbed  those like Honeywell, need their participation and approvals, anser always is"doesn't meet are specs" they will either want a piece or resist.they are arrogant ,so big  they are not flexible.will happen,just not without force.

Sorry, I came in late... Sure, but if stand alone units are considered, independant of existing infastructure what then? Would those decisions not be possible? But keeping it fun: Imagine the new "Covid drills".

normally large purchases by the governments involves a long drawn out tender process, it's possible with how things are going that process could be bypassed and Biocloud units could just be ordered without a tender process. Is there any viable alternatives to Biocloud on the market right now?

I agree.  Usually govt is a slooooow moving behemoth of a thing. But this is a pandemic. Things they want fast tracked -- lightening fast -- will be.   IF they want to.
