Let's just assume a 3% loss today and get on with our day.  I guess we can hope for the slight Friday rebound.

We could? Or we can just wait for the news that sends us on our next leg up when it's ready to come and not worry about day to day fluctuations. There's nothing wrong with trading. If that's what one is doing they have an easy ticker to make some money with. If they are long line they say they are then day to day price doesn't matter. If one isn't selling under $10 for example

I would say 100% people are investing to make money, not just the thrill of watching your stock price melt away slowly as the sun comes up each day.  We have no choice to wait for news, that's obviously out of our control.  Time will tell how many will be left once the "news" hits the fan.  I'm hoping to be one of them.

Really? People invest to make money? Lol of course they do. Like I said. Some make it trading (and played right they can be making a killing here playing the swings), while others make it on more substantial gains once a company has grown in a fundamental way. The point you're pretending to miss because it doesn't fit your disingenuous agenda (just be honest about your flipping man) is

My nerves could never handle day trading.  As I said starting this thread off, let's just hope for only a 3% slide today.  If that makes me disingenuous then so be it.
