Kontrol Tech Closes $8.5 Million Financing With US-Based Inv

Kontrol Technologies this morning indicated that it has closed its previously announced private placement. The financing saw the company raise total gross proceeds of C$8.5 million from US-based investors.

And if I may add, the wording describing the deal is like I suggested based on other NRs and "units" as opposed to the convoluted language we discussed following the May 27 NR. Maybe a coincidence, maybe not. Good ideas discussed here every now and then.

They have gotten so good driving down the sp they even mamaged to sell some for  more than they are actually worth. Now how do you pull that off... as to bashing Ghezzi, well, it all fair but we do have to give credit to a stupid world too resistant to "trying something new".

We have 11 million in cash let's see if they can make some magic happen now that they have a decent amount of working capital. They need to start making noise and let everyone know about Biocloud. The distributors are selling arms as I have always said KNR needs to do the marketing push!
