That is all mgw is waiting for, as they have already exercised the option to purchase the property the Telkwa Facility is sitting on. This is part of the deal with Silver Arch before they issue the 5.5 million to finish the final stage of the facility and hire back the full compliment of  staff.  Following that, Health Canada will come in and  issue the license. Once up and running and institutional investors get involved, the sp will rise and it will become harder to purchase shares at the current price.

This post is 100% BS.   MGW is done raising money, no private lenders would ever give them anything and with the share price so low now the chance of a private placement are nil. Raymond has a track record of failure, there is no confidence on the street of this company achieving anything.

Chal112 he is actually telling the truth 100%  bud mgw will be closing a 5.5 million dollar loan from silver arch financial when the land documents are signed . They have all the project materials at telkwa facility to finish and get this facility into production give it a few more months things will be looking a whole lot better
