The trading discount of MAR shares has not improved and normally widens as volatility widens. It was  anticipated that a sustainable dividend and transparent portfolio would ultimately lead to a reasonable trading discount, but this has not occurred.

The Company is now actively looking at proposals for alternative structures 
and liquidity provisions to address this issue.
