the thing i dont get about Electrum et al....

Why would electrum and these other funds take such large positions in this total dead money dog. I have been here 10 years...and I am starting to think it might take 100 before we see any developments here....tons of metal...safe jurisdiction...near infrastructure....and its just dead dead dead....why hasn't electrum bailed...has the analyst that pitched this idea to the fund been canned??? no news...no drilling...did they turn out the lights?

Investing in the junior resource stocks can feel like investing in dead money.  You invest for one reason only:  waiting for a buyout.  That can take years or decades, most of us know this.  It feels like dead money because you receive no dividends in the interim. thanks Heywood...by avg is .27 but I have some from 10 years ago....so its already been a decade for me....and I don't have too many left...honestly it feels like it might be a decade until the next press release...if these guys don't move faster...technology will pass them by...there are already some nickel free battery alternatives

Reason I am here is because of the PGMs.  Platinum is still mostly suppressed ala gold & silver, but palladium has broken the chains and that is why it is trading around $3k.  Once both PGMs break free this should help propel NCP. Remember, that historically, platinum is more valuable than gold.  Gold will soon be breaking well past the $2k mark and heading much higher.  ...more
