Hey Jeffz !

I was sorry to hear about Dr. Myke. He was genuinely a good guy.

It would appear that we may be headed for a prolonged run in the not too distant future.

No guarantees because after all this is a penny stock for a reason & there's definitely risk involved.

However, there appears to be some positive developments on the horizon.  Not the least of which would be a settlement with Scanbuy. Scanbuy would not settle with Neomedia unless they absolutely had to.  They've made it clear time & again that they did not believe NEOM's patent covered what they were doing & should not have to pay NEOM for the right to continue to do business using the indirect method of transferring data.

If there's ANY settlement it will be a win for NEOM in no uncertain terms. Regardless how small or large the licensing fees are THAT SCANBUY WILL HAVE TO AGREE TO. I believe NEOM would not be in any settlement discussions without the clear understanding that THERE WILL BE Licensing fees paid to them. Their entire business hinges on this.

The mere fact that NEOM will be able to impose licensing fees on them will set a precedent that others will have to follow. That includes Microsoft & Google if they want to do mobile marketing using the indirect method. If Microsoft & Google or anyone else wants to challenge it in court, so what. Legal precedent will have been set. Most everyone will realize it will be easier to pay a fee than go to court & have one imposed as well as paying damages for violating IP rights that others have already ageed to pay for.

The times appear to be changing for this company. But again, No guarantees. Too many outside variables such as our present financing deal with YA.

In so far as respect goes, hey, any penny stock company that has spent years in the development stage & has weathered two major recessions & survived while many others have gone out of business,,,

They already have respect.

Best of luck to anyone holding this stock & God Bless Dr. Myke!

Assume all is well.Yes, it was nice to see all those condolenses posted all day on Ihub. A tribute in itself.Did you see the pictures posted -For all the years of support and DD he performed on behalf of the board, I was surprised how many made note of his distaste of the YA factor over the last year. I certainly hope NEOM was not contributing factor.Sad after all this time, he may have just ...more
