the crusty crux..  13.5M$  is secured..  the martin detonation is reducing this claim to 100K and un-secured and the power company will hav to adhere to the local BR laws of nevada..

since this is the power company and Munic Rhea w TSI..  the 13.5M$ is new news..  last life preserver B4 the chairs sank was around 1.7M$..

if the investors and me R lucky there is a timeline to complete this sale..  june is getting close...  some of the banks that lent money in good faith to ekkp the mine up and running may skip that ski trip N july...  also - LAW is across the street from the CBOT N Chicago.  i guess they are not happy w the creatures from NYC sending in state BR - Local Rule Attorneys

U hav 2 make this stuff up..  knifes to a gunfite w attorneys from NYC who cannot legally own a gun.  soo i guess its a mob baseball bat to a gunfite N the west...  this shoud B real good by next week..  does not sound like Barnes is happy..  he is signing EVERYTHING and its un-redacted...
