It is certainly interesting that the meeting is 2 days before the expirey of the January warrants. The lack of share or warrant price movement seems to speak against a buyout as there usually would be some kind of info leak but it is still possible I guess. All is (almost) fair in love and war and share price manipulation, so let's see and let's hope it is exciting. N December
