local miner said the water was damagedd from the original mine - no insitu..  hud is apprently hitting points.. the last mine he worked at tht was sold - took the cash and did not pay the bills...

If the prices I'm getting quoted are correct.  Then there is nearly a 10% arbitrage in favor to the U.S. shares.
