thats the reason RGGS tossed the SH Bidd..  that bond is a small elements..  apparently RGGS is a holding company and not in tune w a boilet plate operator. otw - will hav to sit tite on the stocks..  hard to tell at this poing if Province is working for the rettail stocks or working to wipe all  tsx storks N the final sale... there are 3 exchanges involved  -- the TMX

Factually challenged on some issues there patchy. Rggs tossed the sh bid? Doesn't agree with Canadian exchanges? Company is doing biz in usa. Bankruptcy proceedings are us jurisdiction. They could care less what any canadian or Canadian court thinks. Assets are in usa, and will be sold regardless of what rg thinks. Us court. Not hard to figure out. KW

(3) Lessee's or Lessee's assigns' reclamation bonds. on the reclaim bonds @ BLM or State..  there was note these were non transferrable; NCI had something B$ Trishure/Slef Insured..  i never came across this in the MDA's as a line item.. the state did change the reclaim bond provisions about three years ago...  barrik brought I-80 Gold and declined for privare
