Putting things into perspective

Morgan Stanley's decrease is the equivalent to the total increase of the top 8 buying brokers... I've never seen such a huge disparity between the larger number of buyers vs the tiny number of "sellers"... The top 4 selling brokers = 99% of the shares sold, and top 2 selling brokers = 91.5% of shares sold. Something doesn't add up with this disparity.

Hi, thanks for your post... Alot of this simply doesn't add up the way that this transaction is being presented and occurring. Back in the early days of the chapter 11, Nevada Copper (in court documents) set a 100 million USD sale price as a target to beat in order for the KEIP employees to be paid a bonus and up to a maximum sale price of 340 million...(if memory serves me well). Yesterdays filing on epik extends into 2025 and hav applied a trigger to collect the escrow of around 11/5M$. I had a meager read of the document – about 20 pages. It looks like concord will get wiped and not paid out of cash collateral.. U may take a peak – digest this ??   kinterral is only 500M$ in their funnie$ . They don’t hav any money. Elliott is another canacord and I don’t trak.. ...more

Patch, like I said in my previous post... I know who the 2 bidders are. Rio Tinto is next door with LEO.V, that gives you or anyone reading this an idea what kind of money is really involved with assets like this. Again, smoke and mirrors my friend. You forgot to ask me who those two bidders are... This would be an expected and typical question from someone who doesn't have non-public info ...more

neither hav permits to mine.   RIO will need water and a term pilot plant design permit.  i watched Rio pull a couple tandems out bak to SLC couple years ago.  RIO needs that water which is comingled from the NCI UG or they will hav to build a treatment plant for the Yet Pit.  i read he QTA APA's and its sounds feasable and not invasive. curretly the action is bud ...more
