10:26 AM EDT, 03/29/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Labrador Gold Corp. (LAB.V) on Tuesday reported the latest assay results from diamond drilling that show high-grade intercepts of near surface gold mineralization along the Appleton fault zone at the Kingsway project in Newfoundland. The company, which was down 2.5% at last look, said results include 17.63 g/t gold over 1.25 meters and 14.50 g/t gold over 1 meters. Mineralization remains open in both directions, to the northeast and southwest. Labrador Gold said drilling will continue to step out in both directions as well as testing down plunge.
