can't be long before Pallinghurst announce the completion of their DD and we will all know the way ahead. I would assume if they are taking this to the shareholders there will be a bounce in the SP at least in the short term. And if all existing main shareholders take up their options, by my calculations this would leave $100m for everyone else, which again could mean a longer lift than short term.... ;-)

With the record of Pallinghursts proactive participation in their investments, and with IQ / Softbank / Blackrock increasing their holdings via the rights issue, on paper this will look an extremely formidable project chemistry. mick, the problem is that this is not the first "finalisation" of funding... do you remember how the last one went? actually do you remember every major "finalisation" of funding went for NMX? How can anyone think the SP will go up if some investors come in and get billions of shares for less than market? when the company dilutes the curent holders to more than double.....wow,

Ewaltz, You assume I am fighting to protect you, I don’t. You assume it’s exhausting for me, it’s not. When you do your DD about any company you should open your eyes to both good and bad opinions, you refused to see my points and you got burned by NMX (so far) and you will get burned further if you continue refusing to open your eyes. Good for you if you do have gold, that will balance your NMX

mick, like I said before, you do what you want with your money as well as I was repeating myself over and over again; don't try to catch a falling knife...this knife is a double sided. NMX SP has only to loose and not much to gain from here on...it is in a really bad position... Here are some reasons why I see NMX in trouble: LI sector is not doing that great, LI is not a rare element
