some companies go public private public private bankrupt solvent several  times .
just kidding .
then we would have to agree on the offered price .
it is best to refuse the first offer .
even the second .
Just to hike prices

We will not vote if sold, only creditors need to agree on restructuration plan

Unfortunately, shareholders are not considered stakeholders under CCAA/LACC or BIA scenarios. That is the basic view by Judges presiding over the Superior Court Commercial Division cases.
