What the hell is everyone smoking? There is only 5 monitors reports and nothing about accepted or rejected bids!!

What are you smoking? The 7th Monitor's report hasn't been uploaded to PwC's website yet. The report is available on Facebook at the link I posted. The actual question ought to be where is the 6th Monitor's report?
