Looks promising

8 bids! Nice.  It is good that they declined 5 offers... looks like we are in the drivers seat.  The next month we will see who gets NMX.   But, it looks like an outright sale rather than refinancing ... it would be great if we can get above $0.50/share.  Good luck all.

Charlene, it does look a lot better than it has for some time.... :-) What gives you the impression that it will be an outright sale? There are all different scenarios that could be played out here, for example a lot of competition had shelved their previously planned investments - merger & share swap? Mick, it looks like they are unwinding those offtake agreements.   Also, employees retention package until Oct.  So, this makes it more attractive for an outright buy.  The probability looks that way.  But, no way to know for sure.   On another note, the claim placed by Victor is crazy.... that is just going to cost him money for nothing.

Who is Victor Cantore? I've heard his name a few times, but why would he ask 100M?!!

Ah, Victor was the guy in charge of investors relations. I have talked to him over the phone. Why would he ask for 100M!? Seems like a lot of money for an employee!

Not clear yet, C$135 millions is the book value of 2018 Orion US$75 millions first payment (around 17% interest rate) but nothing decide if will be cancel or not, assume will be a final discussion between winning bidder, NMX and Orion, either to payback 135 millions in cash or through streaming mecanism.
