Quebec demonstration...

Any word on how the demonstration turned out? How many showed up? Were any concerns listened to? Were they even acknowledged? Based on the lack of any reporting whatsoever, I assume it was a bit of a bust... details???

All on Nemaska Facebook group. Press conference link to Liberal Deputy Derraji and RAN's Alain Clavet. -- Several Minister Fitzgibbon comments at Zone Economie (Radio-Canada) made on Sept. 14th were refuted by Alain Clavet and Liberal Deputy Derraji during yesterday's press conference. -- Manifestation went well, there were over 60 shareholders and a volunteer. You ought to view the ...more

Excellent dalesio, I'm only sorry that I couldn't attend. So why wasn't the Edda bid (assume bid B) not given more time when it was explicitly including existing shareholders. Surely that is in the best interests of shareholders, and that is what the directors are paid to do - look after the best interests of their employers.... :-/ I am aware now the RAN have called for a special ...more

Something or somethings happened for Edda to not submit 5% deposit after being recognized as a qualified bitter. Alain Claret's press conference may shed some light on the matter.

Then why do you bother posting on this board if Facebook is your goto medium???  You said 60 showed up plus 1 volunteer... WTF is a volunteer at a demonstration? So out of 25,000 shareholders in Quebec (that's the number that's been thrown around on this board often) you got a grand total of 60 to show up??? That is less than 1/4 of 1%... What?, Quebec City is a 2 hour drive from ...more

Social media is the go to medium, is Stockhouse not part of that medium?! -- I am not a Nemaska shareholder, hence, I am the volunteer that has been working on this Nemaska file over Many months. I am 1 of the 9 RAN board members and co-founder of the Nemaska Shareholders non-profit organization/bank account. -- Vendetta? -- Where's the money coming from, certainly not from you. -- You chose ...more

Social media you say? How did that work out for the Americans back in 2016 when the Russians used it? Why is Facebook in so much trouble these days? As a board member of an organization that received money from NMX shareholders, you are NOT A VOLUNTEER, you are A PROMOTER... and as I said, out of 25,000 "Quebec" shareholders you rallied less than 1/4 of 1%... i.e. 60. And did you have to ...more

FYI, it was a RAN board member that brought Edda back into the picture and they submitted the $300M bid with proof of funding.
