Didn't think so -  many buyers for 84 cents and higher by Monday open  - why would I sell for 75 cent - is anyone getting confused yet - wait until the third or forth bidder rings in - O YES YES - $$$$$   Any predict Monday closes over a bucky $$$$$$ - O YAYA $$$$$$$  Hope you can get your orders filles before this frenzy starts. And remember your CEO and BOD recommend you tender your shares to this superior offer ( until the next superior offer and the next and the next ) - great advice isn't it ????  DONT SELL DONT TENDER ....stay tuned ... more to come !-))

You can bet the undisclosed offer for the locked up shares of insiders was considerably more than the $0.75 on public office. If so managment has a conflict of interest in recommending all other shareholders tender their shares.

right on geezer21 - and I wouldn't count on our managment for very much of anything - including we should have all tendered our shares at least 3 times by now - so much for that - O YAYA  GO NOT GO $$$$$

Geezer21, there is no such thing in these well-regulated markets, as an "undisclosed offer for locked up shares of insiders." Anybody thinking that is smoking banana peel. What you (and I and EVERYBODY) is what's on the table. JMHO   DYODD
