It's the cheapest JR

This is an easy investment. Cheap and cheap. 

I think that 300 MM is too much for a take though right now . (Hard to raise cash)  and therefore im hoping for a merge or share trade. A little RRX shares plus cash would be perfect!!! Meanwhile I'm buying more and more.
