Agreed Purchase Price

If the agreed price was $1.18. Why didnt it at the minimum open at that market value?
Ive seen other offers on companies whose propsed purchase price was reflected in the opening bid.

It's not over until the fat lady sings! The price for the next couple of days will refect how desperate people are to get out.  The buyers right now are major funds that can get 10% return on the next couple of months or the company / buyer if they are worried the vote may not got through. 20 minutes in and only 8,000,000 shares traded and we are down to $1.06.  Not good.  If ...more
