Wow. Ill say. its funny how the board and other insiders go for this current deal just so they can stick around and work for the chinese owners. Line the pockets with retirement money. All at such a cheap price and no regard for existing shareholders who bought the paper to make this company what it is today. Raging River buys land (900bpd) not too far away for 105 Million???? Would make Novus

you should send these valuations to all the large energy players in Canada, who must know the space.... they can still make a bid for the company if it is truly undervalued.... but with the exclusivity signed with Yanchang, the board and mgmt have hands tied now as far as approaching other suitors...
