interesting especially since we engaged some investor relation firms. Hopefully some news coming out soon about that software acquisition.

There is a potential share issuance with the promissory notes (4) and an earn out paid to the shareholders. Similar to what we saw with RS2D I imagine. Very impressed with the management of this company. Sean and Luke seemed to be very well paired, in terms of their individual strengths.
