He should be screaming "look at us" .
Where is the PR and build up?
nah he just wants his bonus. R/s then finance threw dilution again
his plan is inow n play to get his 100% bonus

You're 100% correct that Fred is the head of manipulation. If PR is released the SP will spike and his plans for RS might fail. On the other hand, if PR does get published or leaked that would make an excellent opportunity to sell and jump off this sinking ship. Either way, still an great stock to flip the sh!t out of and make some cash!! Keep a close eye on this....
