Is the Share Price Rise for Real?

As a long-time Hinterland investor, I assumed that I lost everything but a tax loss.  Now, I see this tremendous share price inceease with news that Novamind Ventures will begin trading on January 5th.  Is this share price increase for real?  Or am I missing something?
