I am not a lawyer but I understand it to be a document that must be sent to all shareholders by any shareholder who solicits votes. I’m sure there is much legal mumbo jumbo associated with it but basically it appears to be a strategy to thwart the CMED/HIP deal.

Thanks for the reply back, does that mean HIP would be practically useless without a merger then? Until somebody picks them up? That Aurora letter sounds like it has so truth to it does it not?
