Question was , Who in their right minds would invest 50 mil in sinking ship, well the answer is clear. A lot of people would once they get the rats who posed the question off the ship first. Agreed, fairly easy to see HIP has a license.You will notice when good news comes in or the sp rises, out of the woodwork crawls the bashers/shorters

to be honest, I don't think that, in the end,  cannimed's top guys had a choice with the % of locked shares + ACB buying extra shares everyday...it still has to go trough shareholders vote...and that can still be messy.  also arbitrage gonna be a b!tch (Think canopy and mettrum and how low it got down at one point).  then again could be different this time with the cash ...more

  CMED didnt want out they more or less used HIP , for lack of arguement, to slow down a hostile takeover bid from ACB. CMED and ACB have  merged, and HIP, had a conditional offer from CMED  to merger ONLY if ACB didnt buy them out which they have ,thus leaving HIP as a solo company.
