According to the January 24th news release, shareholders should be hearing from the company soon.

From the January 24th news release:

The closing date of the Offering is scheduled to be on or about February 14, 2018 and is subject to certain customary conditions, including the receipt of all necessary approvals, the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and the approval of applicable securities regulatory authorities.

Deet That is old news and factored into the price already. And the bought deal is for $1.32 versus the current price of $1.09 so looks real good does it? Also the over-alotment option to purchase 15% more shares will likely not be filled as - the price is currently at $1.09 so how is it that you think this is a positive indicator?? What do you think those that bought at $1.32 feel right now. ...more

We are waiting for confirmation that the bought deal has closed. That's all. Those investment professionals who invested at $1.32 obviously did so with the intention of making money. That in itself is a vote of confidence. They are looking at what lies ahead....not worried about the day to day noise. They will be reaping their rewards when the company is in the $4 or $5 (or more) range once ...more

Deet the point was that the news is not a major catalyst for the stock price wise as you imply. As such you are basically not much more that a cheer-leader on here and I hope those that are thinking of buying do not take your words seriously.

AHH man. I just finished going to war with Bigdipper1214 about this, and I believe we have agreed to a Peace Treaty . Do i have to go through this again with you too.??
