Here is where it gets interesting. These filings on Sedar are extremely difficult to find and define. It speaks to me as creating an extra obstacle for the investor to have to navigate when there are clearly rules in place regarding continuous disclosure. What is the reason for this obfuscation in this or any case ? How can an investor protect themselves from such opaque procedures ? Should we

Ohh my you cannot be serious. The OSC will advise you to read the documents that are on Sedar and hopefully advise you not to invest in things you do not comprehend. This world is doomed.

Sure that is probably true, but why then does Newstrike shut down their main phone line and their "Investment Relations" officer is not respond to any voicemails or e-mails. It would have been quite simple for the wording in the circular to explain how the warrants would be affected by the consoildation. Instead we find ourselves picking through filings on Sedar. My understanding from reading the document on SEDAR Feb 16th starting on page 23 sec 4 as mentioned above, thank you by the way, is that: Any changes in the share count will be applied to the warrants such that If share count is decreased by a factor of two, the warrant entitlement is decreased by a factor of two while the exercise price is constant.
