If the warrant agreements contain provisions for adjustment, -in the event of a reverse or forward split, than the agreement is legally binding...

*The question is: Just by chance, that there is a reverse split, and the reg. sp jumps and remains at $2.60+ for 10 consecutive trading sessions, -Will the warrant holders, -be able to exercise their warrants for: $1.70?

no the warrants and strike price will undergo reverse split as well
