What's the difference between this and the other set of warrents? I've got some of the orginal that is sitting at 0.10 right now

Basically...the strike price on the old warrant is $1.75 and they expire in Feb of 2020 and the new warrants have a strike price of $1 and expire 5 years from now in 2023.

1$ by 2023, lol how can I resist. Got some at .26 Might be a bit pricey at the moment......but 2023 ! seriously unless it massivly flops and get delisted nobody is going to lose money with these warrants.

Yes you can trade warrants just like shares. When they expire they are worth nothing but 5 years is a long time in an emerging sector.

The strike is $1, but does it have an acceleration clause? I know the old ones accelerate at $1.75 for 10 consecutive days if I recall correctly

Stygian. It's 2.60 average over ten consecutive trading days. For old warrants. I do believe the new ones have none on it

That's correct. The strike price is $1 with no acceleration clause and expires 5 years from now in June (19th I believe ?) of 2023.
