Just talked to Ontario securities commission in regards to the bank code and as soon as I got off the phone I noticed  china construction bank just bought 900 k of the new warrants at 0.21    Seems a little set up wondering if there was a spoken deal from the underwriters whether it be Cormark INFOR or eight capital ( the underwriters are the only people to have that quantity of ...more
