why buy the old warrant when you can buy the new warrant ????? its a great long term hold that you can just let her ride.. an awesome gamble in something like a TFSA..
Comment by Iber0star on Aug 17, 2018 2:25pm

Comment by Stockmoves1 on Aug 17, 2018 2:29pm
u can dump them and buy the new warrant and all you do is basically change ponies....
Comment by flyboy27 on Aug 17, 2018 2:32pm
just hold tight   its all relative, when sp goes up they will rise as well, I have them also, and for the money they currently sit at and 1.5 year to expiry  they will be just fine.

Stockmoves wrote: "why buy the old warrant when you can buy the new warrant ?????" Well that is the very question I am sure that many early investors would like to ask of the company at this point. Do you realy think that Newstrike were unaware that the issuance of a new warrant with a lower strike price, a 5 year expiry date and no acceleration clause was not going to kill the first ...more

I didnt like the second round of wt so soon myself but like I was saying,  when the SP move up it will all be relative.   both warrants will go up regardless.

what is the strike price of the new warrant
Comment by SKL6600 on Aug 17, 2018 3:31pm
Supposedly there isn’t one but there has to be. Exercise price is $1 and maybe so is the strike price?
Comment by Ggeeman on Aug 17, 2018 3:44pm
probably to satisfy the financiers . they did invest heavy around 1.32 after all . They are not looking out for shareholders in this case, but their financiers. Its the only scenario that makes sense. I have no clue why and I don't like it either. Regardless I have faith that HIP will get their $h!+ together eventually . everything happens for a reason

How can IR take you seriously when you don’t even know fundamentals? Stop giving advice if you don’t even know exercise price and strike price are the same thing.

Silk wrote: "How can IR take you seriously when you don’t even know fundamentals? Stop giving advice if you don’t even know exercise price and strike price are the same thing." Well I suppose the same thing could be applied to Newstrike IR who has supplied information which was completely incorrect in many public forms such as NR, company Financials and Video and print interviews with ...more

Thanks SILK. I think that other guy is just trying to get under my skin but doesn’t bother me. I don’t think many people understand what is going on the the warrants and when IR says they can’t answer  our questions and to just read what is on Sedar it leaves a bad taste in our mouth. Hopefully everything just continues to go up and then we will all be fine.

sitting on 400K HIP.WT @ 6 cent average....I think the latest news about the 6 month delay on brick and mortar sales out of Ontario has spooked holders. Looks like we basically have 18 months for HIP to hit somewhere around $2.00...or...a billion dollar market cap for these original warrants to be in the money. Is this doable...thoughts anyone.

Yup.   I think once more money is invested in the sector.  The sector will be the big push

Well SKL6600 I think you may have gotten your wires crossed. I believe that it was the person you thanked who was "trying to get under" your skin. At any rate that doesn't matter. I think it is ridiculous that IR won't answer your question. Are they trying to hide something ? I have read the Sedar document regarding the A warrants and it seems to be that there is no acceleration ...more

I have been asking IR the same questions man. I bought in heavy on the first warrants because I knew HIP would do well down the road. Then they released another set of warrants which made no sense why they wouldn’t be exactly the same to make things fair. I have emailed IR to ask why they don’t make the first set of warrants have the same expiry date and then everything would be on level ...more
