How does this all work..

Are you locked in at .0633 per share. What if the valve of hip shares goes way up before the deal closes? Or does the stock stop trading? Not sure how this all works!

The Hip shares 0.0633 per share @7.40 price of Hexo share. It will be proportionate to Hexo shares. Sometimes these things at signing. An example is if hip goes to a dollar, it would have to be renegotiated some. Our deal with Hexo is contingent always until voting and final signing agreements. 0.0633 hip shares equals 0.47.
