No suprises other than a loss now showing in the 4th quarter.  Looks like they closed the Bioteq lawsuit in the 4th by paying the 1,300,000 owed which changed it to a loss..Glad that albatross is finally off the books...although throughout the MD&A there are a number of references to payments stilled owed in the old settlement but from what I read they decided to settle it in  ...more

Just finished reading year end. Looks to me that bioteq has been fully written off the books now and useless properties wrote down. These account for the loss. Full year still shows a profit of .01. Good time to write off bioteq and properties so as not to affect 2013. Going forward with cash cost at approx 850 and all in around 1100 I find it hard not to give management credit for turning us ...more

Valuation of company is based on enterprise value (physical value of properties, operation, expected recoverable ounces on leach, reserves), not market cap. Premiums are addition to enterprise value. Market cap just shows investor interest more than anything else. Also, purchaser is capable of writing off the debt as part of the premium.

By the looks of it I seem to be the only one buying. Either I am missing something or no one else is even bothering to follow NWM.

I doubled down at 3 cents. We have almost a million shares in our household. No more for us. Original purchases were in the .12-.15 range. The hope is that management would right the ship. I still think the CEO is a moron but the folks hired Q3, Q4 should put the mine on track. I'm loving the concentration on current operations. The merger would have not been good. The focus must be on ...more

A lot of venture companies did not make a dime in several years and their share price is a lot higher than 2 cents...
