- Alberta Energy Minister Margaret McCuaig-Boyd is heading overseas at the end of this week to meet with China’s largest oil and gas companies, which together account for approximately 80 per cent of China’s refining capacity and more than $35 billion in investments in Alberta. Accompanying the minister will be a delegation of executives from Alberta’s oil and gas sector, including Suncor Energy Inc., Encana Corporation, Enbridge Inc., MEG Energy Corp. and EBW.
