The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, investing in, financing, and managing primarily mortgage-related single-family and multi-family residential assets. Its objective is to deliver long-term stable distributions to its stockholder. RE:RE:RE:Big Fat DividendI did dip my toe in to this pond, but I'm glad I didn't take to big a bite.  I jumped into ANH instead.  Thier dividened was cut in half but still sits just over 13%.  Real Estate in New York may come back, but more slowly than less hit areas.
