ANY OUTRAGE OUT THERE AT ALL???
I have been a long-term trader of Osisko Mining for a number of years, and finally took the money and ran after their recent buyout.
In April, I decided to give these guys a try as well, and bought in at what I thought was a bargain price in the $3.25-$3.30 range. Well, my investment almost immediately went underwater, and after toying with break-even territory a couple of times, finally broke out on Monday.
With recent financing in place and a sky-rocketing gold price, what could go wrong?
My gut feeling told me otherwise. Somehow, I just didn't trust these guys to deliver the goods. I decided to sell my position and get out with a small profit.
Low and behold, after just closing a large financing, these guys decide to go back to the well and draw some more - at an almost 30% discount to Wednesday's closing price!!!
The last after-hours closing trade on Wednesday? $1.96 U.S. Look for a similar opening on the markets on Thursday morning.
