his problem is ole is running out of funds to support the drilling, he will need to raise money somehow but his options are limited. what's their burn rate? ole can dilute down and do an offering say for another 10m shares at 1.00 - how happy will you guys be? he can also go back to his partners and ask for more money then dilute ole shareholders below to 33.5%. the partners can also say they

1.3b buyout? that's close to 4. sorry but not gonna happen. if you tell me that ole has 5m of proven and probable then maybe. 1.3b buyout where ole is under the gun from gov't as you stated to get on with it? first of all they have no leverage and they're running out of cash. either build it or someone else take it. what's ole and partners leverage? as you stated they won't

that's right northgate went for 1.5b, ok at 1.3b for ojvg then ngx went really cheap with proven and probable reserves, 3 operating mines and other development and exploration projects. ventana sold for 1.2b. i can name many jrs with proven and probable at 3- 5m ounces and their cap is well below 1b. am just saying those valuations and buyout prices that people come up with for ole are way off

I hope for all of you that you get that price however my model and the markets assumptions of ole's asset does not. ask yourself why is it at 1? it should be at 2 or 3 if the asset is that good. the basic answer to that question is simple. not all mining projects and assets are equal. someone here said fronteer got taken out for 2.3b for 42% premium. people here
