OLE and TGZ

As I have stated several times in the past, the most obvious scenario and the one that makes the most sense by a mile is an OLE, TGZ combination.  Even Mackie said in their latest report that a merger or take-out makes perfect sense.  They even mentioned Teranga by name in the report.  Saying that their $3.25 target for OLE does not even contain the positive synergies created by an OLE,TGZ deal.  They also mentioned that a newly expanded Teranga mill could easily handle OLE's resources.  The problem here is that each management knows that they each need one another.  My guess is that TGZ probably already has a bid on the table and Chet is probably trying to put pressure on them by talking to other parties.  Assuming that they are talking and eventhough I am beyond frustrated with all of this, I cannot blame either side for trying to make the best deal possible for their shareholders and for the mangemnet of each company.  Hopefully OLE's management will put our interests before theirs when a deal is finalized.  The sentence before this one was a joke.

   Gonna guess this goes down first 2 weeks of Feb. Hear Wades gonna win the Elections, and the buyers have a good political tie in. TGZ is moving this morning.  A total of $35,000 in trades has added $32 million in maket cap to the company. 13 cents up multiplied by 246 million shares gives you that total.  Remember that the combination of capping OLE and raising the price of TGZ would be the best combination for a TGZ to buy OLE with shares. It just seems very interesting to me the way that these two stocks have

MANIPULATION  that is why.  Now at 11am $86,000 in trades has pushed TGZ's market cap up $42 million.  It is easy to manipulate these under the radar stocks.  Especially OLE.

Remember guys OLE has little interest in the investment community.  This is mostly because of lack of promoton and lack of faith in management.  Management does not care about any of this.  They had to divulge that they were in discussions because they were basically forced to by the TSX.  If not we would still be at 80 cents.  A couple of small buyers can come in here and

Tony... i think you have the best' handle' here w/ Ole and what may or may not be going on. It is just soo hard to figure whats going behind the scenes.... and hard to guess whats causing the Delay. The 'Talks at Oromin" NR came out dec 8th. Thats now going on 2 months ago...... just more waiting I guess.
