Dated today May 4th it is called "bulls-eye article".  It deals with the TSX venture exchange (where OLE trades). Very in depth description of how fear has decimated the tsx venture exchange and the potential opportunities that this has created. It gives a historical picture of the 11 years the venture exchange has been around and the 7 bear markets (-20%) or more it has gone through in this short period of time.

The article also mentions that on average the typical bear market on the TSX venture exchange has lasted 5.8 months.  It also states that companies that have a monthly burn rate of 500k per month for example can stop drilling and take the burn rate down to 50k per month if needed. This is what OLE seems to be doing.  It just so happened that we are also in a bear market almost
