tried emailing D Scott at IR today and email "bounced back" is it just me or is IR shutdown?

could be another indicator pointing to the "pending PFS" theory?

and email "bounced back" is A company does not close down email because of a pending deal; they just don't respond or say little. With all due respect this is really making something out of nothing! Try calling! BTW: I am also frustrated and do own shares, but let's be real.
