good news

good newsClearly the market likes the news this morning.  The stock seems to be responding nicely.

But what about all these lawsuits?  Can anyone tell me what is going on with them?  As investors how concerned shoud we be or is this just another example of the American litigation craze?  Can corporate errors be made that don't have a negative impact on the share price? How long do these things take to play out? I would like to hear your comments on this....
