KK buys over 2 million shares

This sounds very positive for the SP. I think I'll add a load as well. Doug.

Take a look at the chart and then explain how anything that KK puts his greedy fingers into will be good for the company.

I agree KK knows of something.  Any possibilty of him and Northern taking this company private?I wonder who the other investors are?
Comment by manfred24 on Dec 07, 2011 11:39am
Not sure why anyone would want to sell at .04  when KK just bought a million  at .05 .

The reality is that the market will decide the share price, not whatever price KK paid for shares as part of the private placement. That price was set a while ago and the market since turned down. I'm sure KK is thinking he overpaid for his shares.

Mr. Kirkpatrick is either a dufus for buying $100K of useless paper, or he's acting on insider information. Let's hope he's simply unethical, and not simply stupid, for all shareholders'sakes.
Comment by berrisfueller on Dec 09, 2011 1:42am
Well, there's no doubt he's a useless CEO, but I don't think he's stupid. He actually shows a remarkable talent for looking after his own a** irrespective of who he screws in the process.

And KK has led them for how long and to what level? You wonder if someone funded him to make it look good.
Comment by berrisfueller on Mar 17, 2012 11:12pm
Take a look af the financial reports and you will see who "funded" him. He was grossly overpaid for years by the company.
