Hedges no longer dirty word?

Everyone has been on OVV case about hedging losses and wanting them to go unexposed. Maybe it is good that they have some hedges in place for next year that guarantee good financial returns.

That is the trouble with hedges. Having lost some opprtunity looking backwards, does not mean that you should go totally unexposed looking forward. World is weird right now. OVV made huge amount of free cash flow in last year despite those hedges. Right now maybe they are sleeping better with some forward protection.
