Great 3rd quarter report

Beat on evrything. And most impressive is the debt. They were on track to get to their $4 Billion target (where they return 100% of excess cash to shareholders) but then they took onan extra $4.3 B for the added Permian acres from Encap. But debt down is to 5.88 B after 3rd quarter and will be at $5.5 B end of yesr. Ene of 2025 or sometime in 1H 2026 they will get to the $4B target debt. And the acquisition was timely and at a very good price. Super quarter. Shares should bounce up to mid 40's.
