I doubt it. M Partners made a quick buck as far as I'm concerned. How about this scenario: Spin off the exploreco and issue 1 new share for every 10 shares that a person has in PGD. Let's say they do it on March 15th for sake of argument. new shares are only available to people who have shares in PGD. Trick here is it would force the warrants to be exercised if those warrant holders

Especially if they release results that give a warm fuzzy feeling too! The brothers will both be there and come on, these guys are supposed to be super savvy. Please let them show us all up and give 'er one better than we can come up with. Although, I am likin' what ya wrote.  Just give me a reason to exercise my shares!!!

Somewhat similar. Although they had a partner in De Beers that they wanted to isolate the assets that were part of the partnership into a dedicated entitiy. EKIM

Happens all the time in oil and gas. Whenever a takeover happens, they usually include the term spinco or exploreco in the release. As in, the subsequent entity is yet to be named. Peregrine Exploration.....sure sounds like Peregrine exploreco. Coincindence? EKIM

Like I said, the whole positive experience on this board comes from the approach. If someone believes an information is not correct, they simply say so. No one will have all the right answers, so no one will get upset. It happened before. (Of course not with me because I have all the answers). Unless we start the namecalling, like others.
