the AGM today...anyone expecting anything other than the regular housecleaning issues. Re-election of officers, option grants, etc.

I think Mike (Ekim) said he was going, ya? Probably nothing earth shattering as you pointed out, but one could hope for some additional info on the business development plan of the Spinco situation?

yes, need to know 2 things, are Eric Robert and Ned going to exercise their warrants and how do they intend to fund spinco.
