"mantle xenoliths, combined, typically comprise up to 5 vol.% of the pipe,"

So the 7 million tones in Ch-7 and CH-7 could contain 350,000 tons of nodule material in each pipe.

If only as suggested by PGD at 10 times the average grade of CH-6 then the nodules would add 8.75 billion cts taking the CH-6 to aprox 28 million cts.My estimate was 20 million cts for CH-6.This would translate the grade up to 4 ct per ton for CH-6.

I can not calculate CH-7 yet as the overall grade is unknown.

734kg was not included in the grade calculation of CH-6 due to up to 25ct per ton nodules. So we know nudule grades and we  can calculate 5% vol. We have a very good shot at 4ct for CH-6.If they could have done a LDD down the throat of the CH-6 then the grade would likely tip 4ct. CH-7 will be able to use nodule calculations as the 24 inch drill will pick up enought nodule material to use it ...more

Do you know how many times you concluded that PGD is off the charts for one reason or the other, yet it cannot move from the bottom of the chart?

The broken watch will eventually give the correct time.

Funny I thought the same thing a few times. Too bad he is not trying to predict time.

I suspect they did not include any mantle material in the  sample becasue it 100% granite - and why pay SRC +$500/lb  to process granite. It is FAR more likely that mantle xenoliths at Childiak are made up of granite and ovolive or granite and garnets of GRANITE  than granite and diamonds. When volcanos burst mantle granite breaks of and lodged in the ...more
