Needs to get involved with answers as to why last two financings were done at a major discount to the prior trading day of the SP.And why did insiders buy all the last 21 cent shares small investors might not have been able to buy.

Is the 10 cent share price to lower from 17 cents so insiders can do the same thing as the last financing while reatail shareholders may not heve the funds to take up the offer?

This is starting to stink!!!!

Fundamentals improve and yet, we get offered shares cheaper and cheaper. I am afraid of what will happen when we get to a mine. So let me put it in perspective, with numbers. 70M shares at 10c, 30M goes to the 2 Friedlands. It was done for the benefit of the shareholders.
